Meet Jessica, Office Manager, MA MFT

I am a mom to 3 amazing kids, wife/partner to my amazing husband and we have one stubborn adorable basset hound named Chip! He comes to the office sometimes and plays with Cloud, the therapy dog.

A bit about Jessica

My clinical experience includes a diverse population. I have worked with individuals, couples, families and kids. I have done in-home therapy, court appointed, school based and in office. Primarily, I helped with struggles that my clients couldn’t seem to move beyond whether it be through life transitions, job/career, trauma, grief, personal growth, etc.

I believe that when we as human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for our lives to unravel or come undone.

Having experienced many of my own traumas from childhood to adulthood has only fueled and led my passion to bring healing to those who have experienced and gone through a traumatic/stressful experience themselves. Personally, I lost a child, one of my identical twin girls at 31 weeks and my surviving twin almost didn’t make it resulting in a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy. Though our experiences may be different, I understand loss. I understand the feeling of loneliness and feeling alone. I understand all the emotions that come and go through loss & grief. You are not alone.

My educational background includes an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and a BA in Mass Communications from Montana State University-Billings.

After taking a few years off to take care of my family, I am honored to be a part of the team at Colorado Couples and Family Therapy.
