Let’s be clear about something: you are not broken. But your current way of showing up—especially under stress, conflict, or pressure—isn’t working. And talking about it over and over again isn’t going to fix it.

Insight is not the goal—change is. You probably already know a lot about yourself. That’s not where people get stuck. People get stuck in the exact moment they feel triggered—when they want to shut down, lash out, or disappear. That’s where we work. Not just in theory—in real time.
This will feel different. Some sessions will feel relieving. Some will feel uncomfortable. Sometimes you’ll leave with clarity. Sometimes you’ll leave realizing you’ve been avoiding something important. If nothing is shifting, we address that directly. We don’t pretend progress is happening when it’s not.
This work requires something from you. We will meet you fully in it, but we won’t do it for you. Change happens when you start showing up differently in the exact moments you usually don’t.
