To Those in the Struggle

To the exhausted mom who feels defeated. To the woman who just got "ghosted" again by a new date. To the entrepreneur whose business is deep in the red. To the teen who goes on social media and instantly feels to big, too much, too small, not enough. To you in the struggle, these quotes are for you. Love yourself, hold onto your sense of self, and keep returning to yourself if you are lost.

Take down the love letters from the bookshelf, 

the photographs, the desperate notes, 

peel your own image from the mirror. 

Sit. Feast on your life.
